The campaign

The brand was relatively new at the time we started to work with them. This is a low AOV brand so there was a need to generate a long term customer lifetime value cycle.

With the help of our third party analytics partner, we were able to accurately track both the volume & cost of new customer acquisition in a real time basis. Optimising towards acquiring new customers at an efficient return, allowed us to build a consistent cycle of lifetime customer value without sacrificing short term revenue.

Utilised a funnel based approach, with users being shown different creatives & ad types at each stage of their customer journey with Vieve. This allowed us to retain users in our digital ecosystem, across the multiple different digital touchpoints.

luxury for Metier

Metier, a luxury bag, luggage and homeware company, had never run any paid activity before and wanted to raise awareness of the brand in both the UK and the US.

The campaign

The brand was relatively new at the time we started to work with them. This is a luxury product so generating sales usually takes place over a longer period of time.

We set up Google Shopping manual sculpted campaigns so that their budget was pushed towards search terms that would indicate a higher purchase intent. We also improved the searchability of the Google product feed, which is especially important for luxury campaigns to ensure that keywords have 
a luxury purchase intent.

We used a phased approach on Instagram – taking cold audiences on 
a journey from product awareness to purchase – and created different campaigns for gender, audience and countries. We also used dynamic remarketing on Instagram to ensure we were bringing people back to 
the website to purchase products when they have visited the 
website previously.

Jo Loves was created by Jo Malone (CBE) and they sell online and via a physical store in Belgravia. Jo Loves was having issues tracking performance in GA4 and Google Ads. Illuminate Digital was asked to audit the Google Ads account and provide insights on how to drive an increased return on ad spend (ROAS).

The campaign

With the help of our Data Analytics team were able to identify a GEO issue with tracking that was limiting the data hitting GA4. After rectifying this error we could start to see the value of all channels in GA4 and make better decisions based on accurate data.

We restructured the Google Ads account separating brand and non-brand, so it was possible to see the ROAS differences between them. We worked with Jo Loves to restructure the product titles submitted to the Google Merchant Centre to help Google trigger Jo Loves for the most relevant terms.

The campaign

Illuminate Digital built a PPC strategy focused on growth and conversion. Search PPC techniques included Google Search, Google Shopping, Display Network Remarketing and Dynamic remarketing were used to drive branded sales.

Social Media adverts were created to attract new audiences across the USA inviting them to like follow Blundstone USA across both Facebook and Instagram along with highly creative adverts to grow brand awareness and encourage people to interact with the brand. After identifying the various personas for Blundstone USA, social media campaigns were built to target each persona with relevant content designed to showcase Blundstone products and create a desire for the lifestyle associated with 
the products.
